At River Dogs we have a well-equipped service center capable of working on both large e-bikes and traditional pedal bikes. We are an approved service, warranty, and fulfillment center for over a dozen of the leading e-bike brands, including: Aventon, RadPower, Lectric, Blix, Himiway, Viribus, Salsa, and Surley.
River Dogs provides full assembly, warranty, and routine services for all bikes we sell in store and online. Additionally, we can assemble traditional bikes and e-bikes purchased online from another source. We are a fulfillment center for 30 online bike manufacturers. Customers can request to have their online order delivered to RDO. We will assemble the bike, tune it, and deliver it to the customer.
We provide maintenance and tune-up services for traditional pedal bikes and e-bikes. With access to a full line of parts and a network of local bike technicians we can service, tune-up, and rebuild most bikes from simple one speed cruisers to high-end performance bikes. We offer fixed priced services which are based on the type of service and bike, as well as time and material custom builds, upgrades, and repairs.

All repairs are drop offs and serviced in the order they are received.
Bikes will be inspected and an estimate will be shared for work not included in the original requested service. Tune-ups do not include wear parts like pads, cables, and tires or tubes. Repairs completion is dependent on part availability and delivery times.

We can replace any standard inner tube, tire, or wheel on an E-bike. E-bike rear wheels are more complicated because of the motor assembly and require additional time. Common size tires and tubes may be in stock allowing for same day turn around.

RDO is approved to provide warranty services for over a dozen e-bike brands including: Aventon, RadPower, Viribus, Blix, and Himiway. Customers that have an issue with a bike during the warranty period can bring the bike to us and we will handle the evaluation and claim, or initiate a claim with the brand who may/or may not direct you to our location for the service. We are actively adding additional e-bikes lines to our service and warranty program, and maybe able to help with many popular e-bike brands.

We assemble bikes of all types.
We don't charge to assemble our stock bikes or RDO purchased accessories. We are a fulfillment location for Aventon E-bikes and 29 other online e-bike companies where customers can purchase online and request delivery to RDO for our assembly and delivery to the customer. We also install customer purchased bikes and accessories.
