Rental Loss Damage Waiver
All River Dogs Outfitters rentals include in the rental rate the cost of a Loss Damage Waiver policy based on the rental duration (minimum 1 day of coverage).
Renters can complete the waiver beforehand by linking to the QR code and completing the waiver application. The cost of the LDW is included in the rental rate and will be collected when the rental is picked up or delivered.
In addition to the LDW, River Dogs does collect a $250 cash or credit deposit with each rental that will be refunded when the rented item(s) are returned. The item must be returned in the same condition as dispatched, with all accessories (i.e. locks, helmets, etc.) returned.
