Manufacturer recommended tune-up or annual service for battery-powered e-bikes driven bikes of all types. A tune-up should be done once a year or every 1000 miles of riding. Additional service levels are available. Appointment or drop-off is required.

Cost is for LABOR only and does not include the customer's choice of replacement tires, tubes, liners, wheels, or liner inserts. E-bikes rear wheels require disconnecting the motor from the controller and removal of protective brackets not found on pedal bikes. We do not patch tubes or install any liquid sealant or foam. Rates are comparable to OEM warranty reimbursement rates.

Assemble e-bike or pedal bike according to OEM instructions, conduct safety check, adjust brakes and shifters, charge battery, test ride.
Purchase from RDO E-Bike inventory of assembled bikes or from bikes in stock or in transit to be delivered assembled by RDO
Customer orders directly from OEM with local dealer fulfillment requested and dropped shipped to RDO. OEM pays cost of assembly according to fulfillment agreement
E-Bike shipped directly to consumer or purchased from other dealer, brought to store in original box with all shipped parts included.

Installation of new accessories, or replacement of existing accessories with new items from RDO inventory, or ordered by RDO on customer's behalf and purchased from RDO upon delivery. Accessories include: fenders, racks, mounts, baskets, trailers, seats, and seat posts
Accessories already installed on a stock bike are included in the cost of the bike and accessories
Accessories ordered with RDO supplied e-bike built from stock or ordered by RDO for delivery to customer.
Any in-stock or ordered accessory purchased from RDO separate from the bike delivery.
Accessories purchased directly from the OEM as part of the bike purchase are shipped with the bike. OEM pays the cost of assembly according to fulfillment agreement
RDO will install accessories purchased by customers from other vendors. Customer must bring the item in the original package, with all parts and instructions included. The rate varies by the type of item being installed and its degree of difficulty. RDO is not responsible for missing parts or incompatible components. Additional charges may be incurred if wheels must be removed to install an item.

Replace the current seat and/or seat post with customer supplied products
Install mounts for phone, computer, lock, bell, or water bottle directly to the bike with a bracket or direct mount.
Install on an existing rack or frame; baskets, bags, or Velcro wrap-based mounts.
